Very good location, close to Haneda airport station, nice cafe and ramen restaurant, helpful staff, clothes steamer.

Absolutely nothing.

The location of the hotel was superb, being super close to the train station and offering easy access to Haneda airport directly. Additionally, there were several nice attractions nearby, including the Tokyo Tower, which provided an excellent view from the rooms. In terms of facilities, the hotel had robots for check-in, making the process easy and efficient. The Wi-Fi was stable and easy to connect to, and there was even a garment wardrobe steamer available.

There was no public hot bath available during my stay.

The location near Ginza and Tokyo station made it very convenient to explore the city. being close to two train lines provided easy access to both the city center and the airport. Convenient location near tube, easy access to Shinjuku and Haneda airport. Rooms have necessary amenities including fridge-like steamer and "handy" mobile. Robot reception is a unique and fun experience. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great view from twin room. Many cafes and restaurants in the area.

The staff are kind and helpful, providing services like luggage storage and calling taxis.

The lights under the TV cannot be turned off, which may be bothersome for those who prefer to sleep in complete darkness.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to other parts of the city. The size of the twin room was perfect for two people, and we really enjoyed the view from our room on the 14th floor. the hotel had a free luggage storage area which was very convenient.

We encountered some issues during the check-in process, especially when using international credit cards. It seemed that the self-serve check-in system had some problems with processing transactions and entering PIN numbers.
